Die Begeisterung und das Brennen für akustische Musik ist Jessie & The Gents sofort anzuhören. „Back to the basics“ ist die Devise. Zu hören sind Songs aus eigener Feder wie auch Coverversionen von Alison Krauss, Nora Jones und anderen, gespielt auf ihren akustischen Instrumenten und gesungen von der Ausnahmesängerin Jessica Hardegger mit viel Freude und auf sehr hohen Niveau.
The joy and the fire felt by this acoustic crew clearly shines through in their music. „Back to the basics“ is the order of the day. They perform originals as well as songs from Alison Krauss, Norah Jones and others, simply executed but played with much love an enthusiasm and to a very high standard.
